Bargains to be had! 2 lovely fitting polos from a good brand for £35 shipped next day delivery. Ordered at 12pm they were delivered 12 hours later. Highly recommend this company even when customers are moaning about the return postage fees. I've returned myself in the past and at the end of the day you should've ordered the right size, I didn't so it's only fair you pay to send it back. Returns are fast too ??

My order came early but was smaller than expected. I reached out to the team and they swiftly helped with an exchange. Not only they were super quick in responding to emails, but they were very efficient. Once, I sent back my item i received the replacement less than 48h later. This is my first time using them, and I was really imppressed. Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks so much!

Excellent, great selection of clothes, great customer communication, yes you have to pay to send items back, but to be fair it's two clothes shops independent of any big chains, and if you like the clothes they post them to you, if you change your mind you pay to send them back, i dont think it's a big thing if your serious about your purchase.

Quick delivery on two items, when one didn’t fit, refund processed the same day it was received back by them. Great prices and offers on stuff which is still full price elsewhere. Can’t recommend highly enough based on experience so far. Sure they’ll have plenty of custom off me going forward!

First time of using terrace mesnwear and apart from the checkout glitch it was very smooth and delivery was rapid quick seems as it was standard delivery. Items well packed and spot on correct. Thanks, will be using again

Trying to get a refund is a joke. Sent parcel back on the 15th December. Sent a number of emails no reply no refund.

Disappointed. Poor communication without me pushing for information/updates, I’ve received two items today - the third was out of stock and only found out today on the belated delivery, the jacket a good £200 plus packed straight into packaging no bag with it and like the jumper didn’t feel brand new and totally clean and I will leave it at that. One star became two only because I received the items. Avoid and shop via the brand name websites is my advice.

I found this site by chance and was dubious as the item I was looking at was much cheaper here than anywhere else. But I am really presently surprised.
I ordered on a Friday and my item posted the next working day. Postage was fast and a really reasonable price.
All in had a great experience. :)

As another 3 days go by I’m still in limbo as to where my refund is .No reply or call at all from them no response from customer services via email.Be aware when you buy and require refund as there is no one to call or speak to Mr John

I had placed 2 orders, after a day I got a mail from Darren that he wanted the transaction code to verify for potential fraud. I went to my bank to ask for the transaction code and gave it to Darren. I got a mail back from Darren that this wasn't the code an he would cancel the order. So I went back to the bank and showed the mail of Darren to them. The bank escalated the situation to another department of them and they gave the ARN number of the transaction. When I gave this number to Darren he sent me an email back that it wasn't the right number and he would cancel the order again. When I showed him all the correspondence with the bank and asked him if the code on his side was correct, he sent me the same email that the code wasn't right and he would cancel the order. When I expressed my frustration with Darren and asked him for a different solution he sent the same email back that the code wasn't right. In total I've sent about 30 emails in a weeks time. When I complained to customer service, they just gave me the same reply as Darren. Even when I offered to pay the order again with a different bank instead of with my credit card.
I've never encountered such bad service.

Was worried about ordering from this company after reading several negative reviews. Took a chance and ordered a few items no problems at all. Great communication Items arrived when advised if not sooner. Will definitely purchase from again.

I purchased a Lyle and Scott jumper which was delivered within 3 days, I was so impressed I ordered another one in a different colour. Again delivery was within 3 days.
Overall an excellent service and great value, I will definitely use again.
